Core support: Core support aims to increase your independence & make everyday activities easier for you. Our team can help you manage & allocate your NDIS Core support funding. We can discuss what support is available within your budget & facilitate assistance with cooking, cleaning, shopping & appointments, to name a few.
Social & community participation: Social & community participation can encompass numerous activities. For example, if you are interested in pursuing education, studying a course or preparing for a job, we can help connect you with the proper support. If you are keen to increase your social activity & meet new people, we can assist with finding events & activities in your interest area. Social & community participation can also involve helping you pursue a hobby, plan a holiday or be involved in other aspects of health & wellbeing.
In-home personal care: In-home personal care services can include helping you get ready for your day, personal care & hygiene assistance, support with aspects of health & fitness, cleaning & other household chores.
